Nationally Televised Games:
Heat at Cavaliers, TNT, 8pm: Yep, it's the night we've all been waiting for: Zydrunas Ilgauskas's dramatic return to Cleveland.

Suns at Warriors, TNT, 10:30pm: The under-performing small ball Suns get to play against their evil twin in a battle of jump-shooting and _efense. Yes, every single game between these two teams the last five years has seen both teams score over 100 points. I look forward to seeing a ridiculous 137-133 final score. You know, unless the jump shots aren't falling, because even without _efense, that's what happens sometimes to teams like these. So in that case, we'll only see a 105-101 final score.

Oh, and you just have to love Steve Nash. His tweet from earlier today: "Hey Cleveland! How pumped are you for the Phoenix/Golden State game tonight?"

"Happy LeBronukkah"? Seriously? 40 years in the desert for this?

I, for one, will definitely passover the early game tonight.

When asked if he would be watching James' much-anticipated return to Cleveland, Bulls All-Star point guard Derrick Rose responded this way.

"Probably not," Rose said. "I've got my second season of 'Dexter' so I'm good."

Another reason to love Steve Nash:

The Harlem Globetrotters have added a four-point line to their games.

I wonder if this is why Antoine Walker's been working out lately.

I love you, Steve Nash. I would totally vote for you for Canadian Prime Minister. If I lived in Canada.

I don't know about you guys, but we booed VC a lot harder and had more chants whenever he came back to play for years. But I guess not many people know about it because no one cares about the Raptors anyways.

Best bit of Cavs v Heat? Not booing Z in the introductions. After that, it's been a snore

Tells you something about Miami's depth that up 30 at the end of three quarters, where the Heat were up by 37 at one point, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh are still in the game. They just came out with 7 minutes to play. Heh, I guess Utah really put the fear of God into them.

@XForce

I bought tickets for that game the SECOND he was traded, and it was fucking awesome. 18,000 united in hatred for Half Man, Half Season.

And I wholly agree that the booing we gave Wince blew away the treatment Cleveland is giving Bron. People, if you're gonna boo someone, you gotta do it with passion the whole game, not lose interest once you realize that your team really, really sucks.

That game was just boring. Or at least the parts I saw.

You guys may have already seen this video, but I came across it from an ESPN story about it. It was so believable that Jordan had to issue a statement saying he had nothing to do with it. I gotta admit though, I got chills watching it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EalorZaTlI8

a shoutout should go out to NBA.com for letting us know that MJ had nothing to do with splicing his old commercial with Lebron's..

I seriously thought he was trying to get him back..going online and putting together old shit seems like such an MJ thing to do..

Cavs fans should get worst of the night. We booed Hedo way harder at a preseason game in Vancouver.

Ah.........Nothing like the other Warriors standing around while Monta Ellis takes shot after shot.

“#Cavaliers guard Mo Williams on #LeBron’s return: “‘It’s almost like your ex-girlfriend coming to your wedding.’”

Richard Jefferson likes it.

If you need a good nickname for Andrea Bargnani, why not try, 'Andrea Suckmynani' as he is a pussy in rebounding.

they hugged each other at some point, so nothing tough or special by williams.

i actually expected the booing and hatred to be way more, didnt think it was that epic. but maybe i'm biased by european soccer.

how awesome was the intro before the game with the stolen eiffel tower, lincoln memorial and chinese wall? really on point, i think.

Lebron James, deluding himself machine: "Nah, it's nothing personal at all... To me, to the fans... they came out to support their team in any way possible to get myself, to get any of our guys, ah, unfocused."

The question was: "When the fans were chanting AKRON HATES YOU, did that make you feel sad?"

Uhh, pretty sure they felt the steaming dump you took on their city was personal, Lebron, even if you didn't.

The quote is here: http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=5877894

@Anonymous - I lost my voice at that pre-season game, ho man did I HARASS the SHIT out of Hedo Turkoglu

If by on point you mean completely stupid and over-dramatized, then you're spot on.

Worst chant of the night goes to "Scottie Pippen", which I read previously but didn't want to believe people were that stupid to chant.

And finally, it's technically not fair to compare Toronto booing to elsewhere, since it's already well established Americans have nothing on the rest of the world in terms of venom and booing and chants and crap. We have to make due with other hit-or-miss subtle things, like the Delonte masks or "We are not terribly fond of LeBron".
